Delivery Driver

Now Hiring Full, and Part-tim Amazon Delivery Driver Associates in Mahwah, NJ

Paying $22.75 and up /hour (paid weekly). | Subsidized Health Insurance | Paid Time Off

Shifts are available 7 days a week, 361 days a year.

Company Vehicle Provided; No CDL Required.

Bonuses paid for high performance/safe driving: $50/week | $400/month | round up to 9 hours paid per day even if your finish your route early!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive a van to deliver Amazon packages to customers
• Work up to 4 days a week - 10-hour shifts
• Follow strict safety standards
• Professional and positive attitude
• Use handheld technology to manage the delivery process
• Comfortable keeping track of login password information and using apps 
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Follow all delivery instructions as directed by Amazon customer
• Keep vehicle organized for efficient route and time management

Our delivery drivers:

• Keep pace in physically demanding job; lift packages (up to 50 lbs)
• Are passionate about customer service
• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Can sit, stand, walk (be able to get in and out of a van 200 times throughout the day at various locations)
• Are familiar with smartphone applications
• Work well in a team environment as a part of a close-knit, supportive team.
• Can work weekends.
• Willing to work when the weather is bad – snow, sleet, rain, hot, cold, etc.

Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must work towards getting DOT/Step Van certified.
• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Must have good English communication skills: speaking, reading and writing.
